These terms and conditions apply on all offers, orders and agreements of Sky-amsterdam.
By placing an order or accepting an offer at Sky-amsterdam the customer accepts the terms and conditions.
An agreement is only concluded after acceptance of your order by Sky-amsterdam. Sky-amsterdam is entitled to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise. If an order is not accepted, Sky-amsterdam will inform you within three business days of receiving the order.
Prices stated in Euro’s , including 21% Dutch VAT and exclusive shipping costs. Prices are final.
We accept Ideal, Visa, Mastercard, AMX and Maestro. We also accept payments thru Paypal. If you have any payment inquiries please email email@example.com. All payments will be processed immediately and will be withdrawn from your account in 1-4 business days.

The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. This includes orders with free shipping.
All returns must be approved by Sky-amsterdam.
Items must be returned in original and unused condition with all tags/packaging attached and in sellable condition. Sky-amsterdam will not issue a refund until return merchandise has been received. Sky-amsterdam reserves the right to refuse any return merchandise.
Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges.
FOR RETURNS: Returns need to be requested and postmarked within 8 days of receiving for full refund on full price merchandise ONLY. Returns with a postage mark over 8 days of delivery date will receive a store credit only and a 20% restocking fee.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS are for STORE CREDIT ONLY. For all international orders (outside the Netherlands), an exchange may only be authorized if the customer pays for all shipping and duties both directions. International orders can receive a store credit only for returned merchandise.
Note that non-EU orders can not be returned or exchanged. Purchases are final.
To make a return (all orders), please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorization number. Kindly include your name and/or order number and the item you want to return. Please put your RA# on the return package in order to complete your return. Once your return has been received please allow 1-7 business days (for The Netherlands) for processing the refund or store credit, and 1-14 days for International processing refund or store credit.
Do not return any product(s) without an RA# as they may be rejected.

Once we have shipped your ordered goods Sky-amsterdam is not responsible for loss, damages or delays.
Sky-amsterdam is not liable for a delivery address incorrectly specified by the customer.
Any extra shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. We only deliver with signature upon request.

If you live outside Europe you may have the risk to be charges import duties or local sales taxes.
While we try to update our site and stock daily, we can not guarantee availability of any product. We do make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock, however there may be instances where incorrect product availability can occur.
If you have ordered an item that is not available or delayed we will notify you via email or telephone. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
