Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Sky Amsterdam. By placing an order or accepting an offer at Sky Amsterdam, Sky Amsterdam is entitled to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery unless explicitly stated otherwise. If an order is not accepted, Sky Amsterdam will inform you within 3 working days of receiving the order.


Prices are stated in Euro (EUR), including 21% Dutch VAT and exclusive shipping costs. Prices are final. We accept payment with IDEAL, by credit card, SOFORT banking and PayPal. If you have any payment inquiries please email customercare@sky-amsterdam.nl. All payments will be processed immediately and will be withdrawn from your account in 1 – 4 working days.


Sky Amsterdam respects your privacy and will not share your information with any outside party. We are dedicated to keeping privacy protected. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. This includes orders with free shipping. All returns must be approved by Sky Amsterdam. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with all tags/packaging attached and in sellable condition. Sky Amsterdam will not issue a refund until returned merchandise has been received. Sky Amsterdam reserves the right to refuse any returned merchandise. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges.

FOR RETURNS: Returns need to be requested and postmarked within 8 days of receipt for full refund on full-price merchandise only. Returns with a postage mark over 10 days of delivery date will receive a store credit only.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS qualify for store credit only. For all international orders (outside of The Netherlands), an exchange may only be authorized if the customer pays for all shipping and duties in both directions. International orders can receive a store credit only for returned merchandise. Note that non-EU orders cannot be returned or exchanged. These purchases are final.

To make a return (all orders), please email info@sky-amsterdam.nl to request a Return Authorization number. Kindly include your name and/or order number and the item you want to return. Please put your R.A. number on the return package in order to complete your return. Once your return has been received, please allow 1 – 4 working days (for The Netherlands) for processing the refund or store credit, and 1 – 7 days for international processing refund or store credit.

Do not return any product(s) without an Return Authorization number as they may be rejected.

All orders will be delivered tracked by PostNL or DHL. PostNL shipping costs for The Netherlands (insured and signed post) are € 8,75 and for EU countries € 14,50. We will confirm your order by email along with a track & trace code after your order has been processed. You can follow your order with this track & trace code. Once we have shipped your ordered goods, Sky Amsterdam is not responsible for loss, damages or delays. Sky Amsterdam is not liable when the delivery address has been specified incorrectly by the customer. Any extra shipping costs will be charged to the customer. All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. We only deliver with signature upon request. Sky Amsterdam is not responsible for any additional taxes, fees or duties.

Once your order has been processed, please allow 24 hours for your order to be completed and shipped. Normally we process within 24 hours, but sale season is a very busy time for our small team. We greatly appreciate your patience. Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt with your order details, and a separate email will follow with tracking info. Please note that our customer care and parcel distribution are closed on Sunday.


All items include 21% VAT. If you live outside of the European Union you may have the risk to be charged import duties or local sales taxes.


While we try to update our site and stock daily, we can not guarantee availability of any product. We do make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock. However, there may be instances where incorrect product availability can occur. If you have ordered an item that is not available or delayed we will notify you via email or by telephone. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.


We stock many brands from many different countries. To help you find the best fit, we have included a sizing conversion chart and measurement diagram size guide.
